Yale Lacrosse Parents

Home Games:

1. Provide food for 60 people.  Budget is $600 per meal for home games.
2. I have a Yale Parent’s credit card and checks.  If you would prefer, we can charge the meal so you don’t have to be reimbursed. Or I can bring a check to the game and pay directly or pay you back right away
3. Ask for delivery an hour and 30 minutes after the start of the game.  The location is the Smilow Field House 231 Derby Ave, West Haven, CT 06516.
4. We do not have any players or coaches with food allergies or specific requirements.
5. Utensils, napkins, main plate and dessert plate for 100.
6. We will need 3 cases of Gatorade and 3-4 bags of ice plus 2 large coolers.
7. DO NOT ORDER BOTTLED WATERS.

Away Games:

1. Provide food for 65 persons.  Budget is $800 per meal for away games.
2. There is a Yale Parent’s credit card and checks.  If you would prefer, we can charge the meal so you don’t have to be reimbursed. Or we can bring a check to the game and pay directly or pay you back right away.
3. Ask for delivery an hour and 30 minutes after the start of the game.  We may not know the location of the bus until a few days before.
4. We do not have any players or coaches with allergies or specific food requirements.
5. It looks like in the past we do some type of boxed sandwich meal with a sub, piece of fruit, chips and a cookie but you certainly can do what you like.
6. 3 cases of water and 3 cases of Gatorade.
